WoW War Within: Cloud Fishing Quest Guide

In the Cloud Fishing quest of WoW – The War Within, your task will be to feed the Wild Cloudrooks so they can come down. You will be feeding them Electric Eels in the hope they will be attracted by them and descend from the sky.

This is going to be a bit challenging as you will have to deal with the whirlwinds created by the swirling around of the Cloudrooks. In this guide I will provide a quick walkthrough on how to get it done so let’s get started!

Guide on the Cloud Fishing Quest

First make your way to the small island marked in the image below. It is located on the Isle of Dorn near Dhar Kazhad. Set a waypoint for it through this command “/way Isle of Dorn 74.59 19.74 Cloud Fishing“.

Once you reach the above mentioned island, talk to the NPC called Olbarig and accept the quest.

After accepting the quest, head to the neighboring island. It is located directly in front of Olbarig, you will also get a quest marker indicating its location. You need to specifically head to this waypoint on the neighboring island “/way 70.6 19.75“.

Once you get there, a button to feed the Cloudrooks will appear on your screen. You need to press this button 8 times while avoiding the whirlwinds.

The amount of whirlwinds will increase as you are feeding the Cloudrooks. So make sure to keep moving around and spam the button as fast as possible.

After feeding the Cloudrooks 8 times, they will come to the ground. Olbarig will also appear on the island, talk to him to complete the quest. You will get Olbarig’s Old Vambraces and Council of Dornogal Commendation as rewards once the quest is marked completed.
