An End to the End Quest Guide | WoW: The War Within
Before we start, “An End to the End” is a Level 80 quest in WoW: The War Within. Check out our leveling guide if you have yet to reach Level 80. You also need to have completed “The Blacksmith’s Fate” for Faerin Lothar. If you meet the criteria, you just need to go meet Faerin Lothar in the northern part of Azj-Kahet. Her location is marked above, but her coordinates are 63.91 and 6.50.

Faerin Lothar has heard of Surek’tan the Sundered, a horrible beast that General Zev’kall plans to unleash. Accompany her to slay the monster.
As soon as you accept the quest, you’ll need to fly high into the sky and look for a cave entrance to the north.
Enter the cave and go all the way to the back to enter the Sundered’s Crucible, where you’ll find Surek’tan the Sundered chained. Ready up for a fight and talk to Faerin Lothar whenever you’re ready.
Surek’tan the Sundered will break free from its restraints, but it’s still unable to move much. You can use that to your advantage to stay agile, avoiding the attack markers on the ground before Surek’tan attacks. Thankfully, despite its imposing appearance, Surek’tan is actually extremely slow and easy to deal with. You should have no trouble bringing it down if you stay on the move while attacking.
Once the beast is slain, follow Faerin Lothar to the entrance of the cave. Talk with her again and you’ll complete and turn in the “An End to the End” quest in WoW: The War Within. Another day, another horror slain!
