With this feature, you can choose from up to four different mounts that you can customize. In order to customize your dragon, you need to head over to the Rostrum of Transformation which you can find in Dragon Isles. There are lots of them scattered throughout the many zones on the map.

Once you’re in there, interact with the structure to bring up a menu where you can customize your dragon. This screen pretty much functions the same as the barbershop, with a handful of customization options to choose from.

You can choose from a bunch of stuff in there depending on the type of mount you have. There’s an option to customize the shape and style of the horns as well as their color. You can even change the looks of their snout and jaw.

Now that doesn’t end there. You can even obtain items called Drakewatcher Manuscripts which further unlock new customization options for your mount. You can find these items pretty much everywhere in the world. However, there are a few rare ones that will certainly make your mount look more unique.

Do keep in mind that everything’s still in the Alpha stage. This means that some or even most of these things will be subject to change in the future up until the new expansion releases.
