With the near official release date of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty Warzone 2 will also be released after a few weeks. Warzone 2 is a part of Modern Warfare 2 but you do not need to buy it as it is free for everyone. There are new things for Warzone 2, and we are going to show you some of them.

New Loadout Drop System and Perks Explained in Warzone 2

Warzone 2 is developed by Infinity Ward. The map is called Al Mazrah, and it is very different from the map in Warzone. There is a new loadout system that also deviates from what we regularly see in the current Warzone. We are going to explain all of it to you.

Loadout System and Perks

One of the major changes in Warzone 2 is that there are no more Loadout drops. The Loadout drop system is being replaced with custom systems, but you can still buy loadouts from the Shop.

Keep in mind that you can only purchase your pre-build custom weapons. You can also defeat a stronghold filled with AI enemies to get your custom loadout.

So, before you start a game, you need to prepare your weapon in the Gunsmith. There are no Tacticals and Lethals in your loadout, but you can obtain them anywhere on the map. Perks are also removed.

Additionally, you still buy back squadmates, armor, killstreaks, and gasmasks from the shop.
