Time on Frog Island: How to Get All 3 Scarecrow Heads

A few days after settling on frog island following a shipwreck, you will need to build your own house so you can rest peacefully whenever you need to. After all, it will take some time to fully fix your ship, so having your own abode is an important thing you need to work on.

Once you finished building your house, you will then need food to survive. You can buy fruits from the farm for food, but from the second day onwards, you’ll find that the farm will be infested with crows. As such, in order to continue gathering fruits from the farm, you will need to help the farmer by collecting some scarecrow heads.

There are 3 scarecrow heads you can collect in the game, and this guide will tell you how to get all of them.

How to Get All 3 Scarecrow Heads in Time on Frog Island

All 3 heads are scattered throughout various locations. So I will talk about them in separate sections. Let’s start with the easiest one first.

First Scarecrow Head

To get the first scarecrow head, you’ll want to head over to the southern part of East Island. In case you don’t know yet, this is the island east of the mainland. You’ll find the first scarecrow head in a puddle on a shore by the beach. If you have obtained the wheel from the merchant, this is also the exact same location where you find the tadpup.  

Second Scarecrow Head

For the second scarecrow head, you’ll have to get it on a training dummy inside the barracks. However, before you can get there, you need to complete an errand for the guard first. This will involve taking some love letters between him and the artist.

First, you want to speak to the fisher, then speak to the guard to get the love letter, bring the love letter to the painter, and finally, bring the love letter back to the guard. Completing this chain of events will cause the guard to leave his post, allowing you to enter the fortress. Simply head right until you come across a training dummy with the scarecrow head on it.

Third Scarecrow Head

For the third scarecrow head, you will need to speak with Diva in the frog village. She will be the one to give you the scarecrow head, but before that, she will ask you to get 1 of 3 items. She will ask you to bring them in the following order:

• A ring which you have to buy from the merchant
• A pearl which you can get from smashing clams
• A honeycomb from smashing beehives

If you bring her the item, she will then ask for the next one and repeat the request in a loop. To break the loop, you need to bring the item next to her requested one. After that, she will then give you the final scarecrow head.

Once you have all 3 scarecrow heads, simply place them on top of the scarecrows on the farm.
