To get the Harmonized Forces ending, you have to combine The Hanged Queen’s core and Mutated Odur’s core. As you might have guessed, this means you need to defeat Mutated Odur who is an optional sub-boss in the Sea of Trees level.

This ending will result in the death of Corvus and the kingdom in perfect balance and harmony following the disappearance of the Hermes’ Answer’s effects.

At the same time, individuals who were into alchemy no longer have their powers, and citizens of the empire begin the process of rebuilding the empire from scratch. However, the plague is still around in the kingdom, though it no longer has any connection to alchemy.
