The Division 2 – Scout 11 Manhunt Walkthrough
To save you some time, all you need to do is go to Judiciary Square. This is where all of the objectives need to be done. For the first task, you will have to head to the Hotel Infirmary control point.
You just need to clear it, so be ready to fight waves of enemies until friendly reinforcements arrive. Once the enemy leader has been defeated, you should get the notification that you have completed a Scout Activity. No need to enter the supply room afterwards, you can go straight to the next one.
For the next part, you just need to complete 3 activities in the region. You can do stuff like Propaganda Broadcast, clear elite patrols, etc. If you have Scout 11 marked, you should see the number go up as you finish an activity.
