The second season of The Cycle Frontier is out now both on Steam and Epic Store. The season was released on September 28, 2022, and the players have gone curious about its new mysterious map.
The new map of the game is called Tharis Island. By far, this is considered the most difficult map to familiarize and explore the players.
Along with the new map, new tasks and challenges have also been unlocked. One of which is the Osiris Research Center Puzzle. Many players have been wondering how they can finish this task.
Having said that, we made this guide to help you how to succeed on this one.
The goal of this mission is to find and collect the batteries and access the locked room to get the item needed for your quest.
To start off, enter the research center and collect the battery that you can see across the entrance of the floor. This will be the first battery. Bring it and proceed to the second floor.
For the next battery, face right when you reach the second floor. After that, you will see two passages. Go to the second entrance and continue to the next floor. Once you have already climbed the stairs, keep going right and follow the path until you see a new room with a red laser.
From there, you will see the next stairs. Go up there and turn right. You should see a room with a small chamber on the right. It should have the same appearance as the chamber where you retrieved the first battery. Place the first battery in that chamber.
Once you have already put it in, you should go out of that room and proceed to the room directly in front of the stairs. When you enter, you will see a laboratory clinic on its left side. Proceed inside and walk next to the broken window next to the head part of the bed.
Jump over the broken window and you will have to walk on the big pipes. Keep going up until you reach the last room with a broken window. Once you see it, enter through the window. Then, exit the room through the door.
By that time, you have already seen the next door with the power button symbol. Access this door and you will get the second battery. Take the battery out of the room and proceed to the next room. You will see a lever outside with the writing Emergency Open on it. Pull the lever to gain access to the next room. Go downstairs with the second battery.
Once you have already gone downstairs, enter the first room you will see when you face left. There you will find the third battery. By this time, you should have two batteries with you—the second and the third.
You can take the two batteries downstairs one by one. But if you have a friend with you, you can carry one battery each.
After going down the stairs, keep walking forward, turn right, and then turn left. Once you see the broken railings, go down to the first floor through it.
On the first floor, you should see three chambers where you will put the two batteries that you have. For the third chamber, retrieve the other battery by going down the stairs on the left side of where the chambers are. Once you have placed all three batteries, it will unlock a room.
Go back to where you jumped down earlier. You will see another room with a power button symbol. Approach and interact with it to unlock it. Inside the room, you will see a long table with the Tharis Caverns Holo-Map 1x.
SWTOR G.A.M.E. Reputation Guide for Galactic Season 3
How far will your reputation take you?
Star Wars: The Old Republic is BioWare MMORPG based on the acclaimed Star Wars universe. As Galactic Season 3 kicked in, so did new challenges. Today, we’re talking about G.A.M.E., a new reputation system introduced along with this new season.
G.A.M.E. Reputation Guide for Galactic Season 3 – SWTOR
In SWTOR, Galactic Seasons are long seasonal events that grant limited-time rewards upon the completion of daily and weekly challenges dubbed Priority Objectives. Subscribers earn extra rewards, but everyone can participate.
Season 3, titled Luck of the Draw, brought with it the Gambling Authority and Management Entity, popularised by the acronym G.A.M.E. Basically, it’s a new form to track your reputation. But it comes with a few differences.
Unlike the other reputation tracks, G.A.M.E. is tied into Season 3. Another difference is that you won’t be able to see the reputation track for G.A.M.E. until you earn 1 reputation point with the faction.
First of all, you’ll need to unlock the first level of the Season 3 track. This will allow you to claim the PH4-LNX Protocol Lockbox and, with it, activate the new companion, PH4-LNX (Fey, as she likes to be called).
As you play through Season 3, you might notice that some quests and enemy drops give a new type of currency known as the G.A.M.E. Analysis Module.
When Fey is on your ship, you can take those Modules to her and convert them into G.A.M.E. reputation. Each Module is worth 25 Reputation Points (37 if you’re a Subscriber).
Note that you can only hold up to 200 Analysis Modules and only earn up to 200 per week. Additionally, you can only earn 5.000 Reputation Points per week, no matter how many boosts you have.
If you’re wondering about the math of it all, you’ll need 70.000 Reputation Points to reach max reputation, which accounts for 2.800 Modules without any boost. Good luck!
(And I’m sorry to report there are no ways to farm the Modules. Having Fey as your companion, however, increases the chance of enemies dropping more of the item. You can also trade 500 Jawa Junk (purple) for Jawa Intel with Brrazz in Cartel Bazaar.)
There are two bugs worth mentioning. One, be careful with skipping Fey’s dialogue since it might cause the Reputation Points to not enter your inventory.
Second, if you’re in a group, you might be unable to talk to Fey at all. To correct that, you’ll need to leave the group, turn in your Modules, and then re-join the group.
Now, for the big question: what are the rewards?
You can earn three legacy titles associated with G.A.M.E.: G.A.M.E. Representative, Mid-level Management, and Deputy Director of G.A.M.E.
Aside from that, the G.A.M.E. reputation track is actually more about helping you to earn rewards on the Season Tracker faster, so don’t expect unique rewards here.
Either way, I hope you enjoy Season 3 of Star Wars: The Old Republic!
