This can be found in Mission 9 (Loose Ends). You are to stop Abelard Moller, the mastermind behind Operation Kraken who is trying to escape from leaving Chateau De Berengar alive.
To begin this mission, you select the lowest difficulty; Civilian has no bullet drop or wind effects and change the rifle’s sight to A2 Optical, then start the game. Hold your breath and get close to the screen to see the target more quickly than take down Moller with a headshot.
