The Air Walk is one of the many grab tricks you can pull off in Skate 4. Despite its name, it doesn’t really have you walking on air or anything like that! It’s simply just a trick where you grab your board and take your feet off of it. That said, it might as well be magic, because this one is fairly tough to pull off! Read on, we’ll tell you how to do this trick.

How to do Air Walk Trick | Skate 4

Like most other grab tricks in this game, Air Walk requires you to do a specific type of grab. In this case, you need to do and hold a Nose Grab. The input for this varies depending on your current skating stance. You can check your stance by looking at your skater’s feet and which side of the screen the camera focuses on.

With that in mind, here are the inputs for the Air Walk based on your stance:

  • Regular (left foot forward, camera panned to the right) – Right Stick Down + LT + B (Xbox) / Right Stick Down + L2 + Circle (PlayStation)
  • Goofy (right foot forward, camera panned to the left) – Right Stick Down + RT + B (Xbox) / Right Stick Down + R2 + Circle (PlayStation)

Now, you should also keep in mind that you can switch your stance in many ways in this game. Doing manual reverts and 180 spins, for example, will swap your stance to the other one. This will also swap the inputs for the Air Walk trick!

Nonetheless, that’s all you need to know to be able to pull off the Air Walk trick in Skate 4. Just like Christ Air, this one is ideally done when you get a decent amount of airtime. We also recommend being patient when learning it, as the inputs can be quite tricky.
