40 articles“Bushwacker” is one of the many Stunt Challenges you can complete in Skate 4, and it has a fairly varied set of Goals. This one will mainly see you smacking yourself against palm trees. On top of that, you’ll also need to spot a hidden planter. Dunno what these plants did to deserve all the smacking, but that’s the Challenge! Read on, we’ll help you complete this one with ease.
Bushwacker Goals Guide | Skate 4
Before we begin going over the Goals for this one, it’s important to remember the basics of every Stunt Challenge! That is, how to do the Spread Eagle and Torpedo tricks and what they’re good for:
- Spread Eagle – R1 + X (PlayStation) or RB + A (Xbox). Used to slow down your fall, giving you more airtime and control.
- Torpedo – R1 + Circle (PlayStation) or RB + B (Xbox). Used to speed up your fall at the cost of airtime and control.
With that out of the way, let’s start knocking out every single Goal for this Challenge.
Total Slam Score (5000)
This one is pretty self-explanatory. You just need to get a total Score of 5000 or higher as you slam into the ground. Since it’s a total score, you’re pretty much guaranteed to get this as you work towards the rest of the Goals. So, you don’t really need to worry about this one!

For this one, you’ll need to touch the palm trees in the Challenge’s play area. These are all highlighted in yellow and have a star symbol above them. To count them for the Challenge, you just need to pass through the leaves. Hitting the trunk also works, but isn’t necessary.
However, do note that you have to hit different trees! You can’t just smack the same one 7 times. The ones on the right are further away, so you’ll need to use the Spread Eagle to reach them.
Land in the Undercover Planter
This is easily the trickiest of the Goals for this Challenge, though it’s not too crazy still. The undercover planter is hidden inside the building, behind the leftmost set of palm trees. Follow the route in the clip above, and you should be able to reach it easily.
If you’re having trouble getting enough distance, remember that you can use the Spread Eagle again after you hit the ground. Your character usually bounces high enough for you to be able to do it! This should give you enough airtime and control to be able to touch the planter.
Go Through the Green Wall Hole
Last but not least, this Goal just requires you to go through the hole in the very center of the play area. It’s in the middle between all of the palm trees and it’s hard to miss. It’s highlighted in yellow and also has an asterisk symbol to mark it. You can just Torpedo through the hole to check this one out!
That’s all there is to completing all of the Goals for the “Bushwacker” Stunt Challenge in Skate 4. It’s certainly a lot easier than soaring into the dinos for “Hit the Sights”, but it’s still not a trivial Challenge…
