Leagues 6 is coming soon to Old School RuneScape (OSRS), so it’s a good idea to go over some ways to get points fast and easy.

The Demonic Pacts League kicks off on April 15th, 2026 and lasts until June 10th, 2026. This league will see you starting in Varlamore for a change, completing task contracts for Yama to earn points!

In this guide, I’ll give you some key tips to help you maximize the points you get in this temporary game mode.

Complete Treasure Trails

By far the best way to get points in this League is to complete the Treasure Trails. You start these whenever you find a Clue Scroll, either through defeating mobs or from gathering resources with a skill.

When you get a Clue Scroll, use it from your inventory to read it. Follow its clue and it will take you to a treasure known as a Reward Casket. It’s as simple as that, at least on paper!

The Treasure Trails have a lot of variety, depending on the difficulty of the Clue Scroll you got. But they do have one thing in common: you’ll get a massive amount of League points.

Opening the Reward Caskets alone gives you some points. You’ll be completing the Collection Log and collection Unique items which also give points, with some Uniques even giving some extra points when equipped.

That’s not to mention the fact that you’ll be completing other League Tasks as you work through the Treasure Trails, too! Simply put, this is the best method because you’ll be multitasking without going out your way for it.

To make things even easier, I highly recommend getting the Conniving Clues Relic at Tier 4 of the league. It makes the Treasure Trails even easier, minimizing the amount of work and maximizing the rewards.

In short, focus on these Treasure Trails if you want to get a lot of points. Get Clue Scrolls from mobs and skilling, then read them and follow their clues.

Combat Achievements

Another great way to get points is to complete Combat Achievements. There are various League Tasks that reward you for reaching milestones in the standard Combat Achievements.

For example, in the previous season you could get 80 points from something as simple as completing 1 Combat Achievements Speed Task. Not too shabby!

It’s also worth noting that a lot of Combat Achievement points are tied to specific Raids. As such, regions like Morytania, Kourend, and Desert are your best bet here. Other regions are a tad less rewarding, with Wilderness being the worst.

On that note, I highly recommend doing combat encounters that have a lot of Combat Achievements tied to them. For example, the Grotesque Guardians in Slayer Town, with 15 Combat Achivements.

At the same time, remember that you also get a lot of power-ups from Relics during Leagues. So, combat becomes a lot easier than it is in the regular modes!

That said, we do not have the full list of Leagues 6 tasks yet, so we can only make educated guesses on what to expect. Regardless, these general guidelines have worked for past Leagues, and I see no reason to expect a massive change for the next one!

Do the Minigames

Minigames | Old School RuneScape

Another great way to get points in Leagues is to simply complete the various minigames. Primarily, you want to do the Skilling Minigames for the Skills you want to level up.

Not only do these provide a lot of Skill Experience, but they are also likely to be a great source of League points on their own.

For example, you could get 220 points from just the Tithe Farm minigame in the previous League! It was a good way to level up Farming while also getting some points.

As I already mentioned, though, the exact list of tasks for Leagues 6 is not out yet. So, I can’t tell you exactly which minigames give the most rewards. Plus, it also depends on the Skills you focus on.

Nonetheless, do just keep in mind that doing minigames is a great way to get points and progress. Especially if you do the Skilling Minigames to level up Skills, killing two birds with one stone!

Don’t Focus on a Single Task

Last but not least is a simple tip. As you might’ve noticed, the common trend in all of my previous tips is simple: always be multitasking.

So, with that in mind, you simply never want to waste time by focusing purely on a single task.

Say that you need to cut down a specific tree, for example, but other players keep cutting it first. Instead of waiting for it to respawn to try again, just go do something else. Return later to clean up when things cool down, but just leave it be for the time being.

Ultimately, you just want to make sure that you’re always progressing toward completing as many tasks as possible. The game mode is time-limited, so make the most out of the time it’s available if you want to maximize your points!

In Summary

To keep things short, the best way to get points fast and easy in the Leagues 6 mode for OSRS is to just try completing as many League Tasks as possible.

That’s why focusing on things like Treasure Trails and Combat Achievements is so rewarding. You’ll be doing multiple tasks at the same time without even realizing it, making them super-efficient for points.

Now you know what to keep in mind once Leagues 6 kicks off. On the other hand, do you need more help with OSRS? Check out our guide on defeating Obor as an F2P player!
