Mind Over Magic: How To Get Meat

What do I have to do to get a steak around here?

To be fair, the thought of feeding a couple of hundred students tends to go over your head when you’re in the process of building an entire magic school from the ground up.

Meat is a vital resource for this – but in Mind Over Magic, it isn’t that clear how to get it. In this guide, we tell you how to get meat in the game!

How to Get Meat in Mind Over Magic

Meat is a specific research category in Mind Over Magic. This means that in the Research Screen, you should find an option called “use every part”.

It will be in the last research tree that starts with “Grave Thoughts”.

Unlike other techs that need Croa Corpse, meat will come from the small carcass, which you have to feed to Midden Jellies for them to produce.

You can create dedicated rooms just for meat farming to keep an efficient flow of it for consumption.

As you expand your school, you can start taking in more and more students. This means that meat will become a staple in your resource flow as you progress further in the game.

It’s advised to invest in research for this early into the game. While you can eat other plants raw for food, cooking food will ultimately be more efficient in the long run.

That’s everything about how to get meat in Mind Over Magic. This guide is simple enough, and hopefully, the developers over at Sparkypants roll out an update that makes this simple aspect of the game easier to figure out.

Especially for new players who aren’t so familiar with builder games like this one. If you’re having a hard time finding Burrower Larvas in the game, we turn out to have a guide on their location as well!
