To start, you’ll need to head to a specific location within K’aresh and start a ritual. Finish the ritual in a timely manner and Heka’tamos will spawn, ready for you to fight. Defeat him and you’ll get a lot of nice loot. Ready to take this challenge on? Read on for all the details!
How to Summon Heka’tamos & Location in K’aresh | WoW: The War Within
You can find Heka’tamos within The Oasis area of the K’aresh region. It’s in the northeastern part of the map, as shown above. However, Heka’tamos will not appear until you properly summon it!
To summon Heka’tamos, you’ll need to find and collect 4 different items within The Oasis. Each item will give you an effect for 3 minutes when collected. Your goal is to collect all 4 while the effect remains active. We recommend using mounts here to get around faster, of course. The order in which you collect the items doesn’t matter, however, only speed matters.
The thing here is, the 4 interactable items seem to have multiple spawn locations. As such, we can’t just tell you their exact locations. On the other hand, you can see where they are on your game quite easily by checking the minimap. The interactable items will appear as big yellow dots, similar to mining and herbalism nodes.

- Dewminder – 72,82, 31.25
- Spectral Lantern – 72.03, 30.73
- Earthy Succulent – 71.84, 34.61
- Windcatcher – 75.59, 33.42
Once you have all 4 effects from the items active, find the Brazier of Elemental Union. It should be on the northeastern quarter of The Oasis, around coordinates 75.40, 30.28. Simply interact with it while all 4 effects are still active and Heka’tamos, the Elemental Disjunction, will spawn. You can now fight it for a chance at rare goodies, such as the Heka’Tarnos companion!
