How to Do Molten Shrine and Get +5% Maximum Life in Path of Exile 2
You can find the Molten Shrine point of interest at The Khari Crossing zone. That zone becomes available about halfway through the Interlude after Act 4 of the main campaign.
For some reason, this point of interest randomly shows as “completed” for some players. That’s even if they didn’t find the Maximum Life buff within! We recommend not trusting the World Map and double-checking, just in case.

However, there’s only one thing to look for so you can locate it.
Specifically, you want to look out for the Skullmaw Stairway within The Khari Crossing. It looks like a massive skull with hands that are reaching out of the ground. This is also always near one of the checkpoints in the area.
Once you spot this cave, just walk into the skull’s mouth to move to the Molten Shrine zone proper.
Once inside, you’ll just need to reach the end of the short cave while killing the mobs along the way. Do so and you’ll eventually reach an altar with the Molten One’s Gift item on it.
Consume the item by using it from your inventory, which should then give you a permanent buff of +5% Maximum Life.
