Genshin Impact: Teticpak Peak 3 Monetoo Chest Puzzle Solution

Monetoos are cute little spirits that can be found scattered all across Genshin Impact’s map in the game’s latest expansion. They are an exploration mechanic in this game, often guiding you toward valuable treasure in the form of chests

In this guide, we will look at one such treasure near the Teticpak Peak location. Getting your hands on this treasure will require you to solve a short yet tricky puzzle related to the Monetoos at that location

Teticpak Peak 3 Monetoo Chest Puzzle Solution

This 3 Monetoo chest can be found towards the east side of Teticpac Peak. The image above shows the exact location of this puzzle.

To get this treasure, you must find 3 different Monetoos and guide them to a colorful drawing. The Monetoos you find will automatically make their way toward the drawing. Once all 3 make their way towards this drawing, you will be rewarded with a Precious Chest for your troubles.

Note: You can find all 3 Monetoos in any order you like.

Monetoo #1

As soon as you arrive at the marked location, you’ll be able to see the first Monetoo resting on a wall next to a small cave entrance. Jumping on the wall the Monetoo is on will make it go towards the drawing.

Monetoo #2

The second Monetoo that you need to guide towards the drawing can be found inside a cage behind a stone block. You will need to use a Yumkasaur to move this block and free the Monetoo inside the cage.

Stone blocks like the one blocking the cage can be moved using the Yumkasaur’s grappling ability. That said, the stone over here will not have a hook that you can grapple onto. So you will need to find a hook for this stone before you can move it.

The hook you need can be found attached to a similar stone block just above the one blocking the cage. Remove the grappling hook from this stone block and attach it to the one below. Once that is done, you will be able to move the block and free the Monetoo trapped behind. Like before, the Monetoo will make its way towards the drawing by itself. Make sure you remove the grappling hook from the block after freeing the Monetoo, as you will need it to find the last Monetoo.

Monetoo #3

The last Monetoo can be found behind the stone block you first removed the hook from. So after rescuing the first Monetoo, make your way towards this block and attach the hook onto it. You can then use the grappling ability like before to move this stone block.

Once all the Monetoos have found their way to the drawing, a structure will spawn in front of the drawing. The chest that you can find here will spawn after you infuse this structure with Phlogiston. An orange bar above your HP bar will show you how much Phlogiston you currently have.
