The new event of Genshin Impact requires you to solve a puzzle. The objective of the puzzle is to make the green gears spin. The quest is in Mondstadt, and is indicated on the map as a gear. Talk to Felix Yogue to start the event.

The final level of the event is called Splice the Evermotion Mechanical Painting Together, and instead of gears, you are going to place tiles.
