Genshin Impact: Minacious Isle Elemental Monument Puzzle Guide

The Minacious Isle is just one of the many new areas in Golden Apple Archipelago which was introduced in version 2.8 of Genshin Impact. As with all of the new areas in the game, this one contains a puzzle that you need to solve in order to get some sweet loots.

In particular, the puzzle in Minacious Isle is the Elemental Monuments puzzle. In this guide, I’ll show you the steps you need to follow in order to solve this puzzle.

Minacious Isle Elemental Monument Puzzle Guide in Genshin Impact

To get to the puzzle, you want to head over to Minacious Isle waypoint which you can find in the southern part of the Golden Apple Archipelago.

Once there, head slightly east from the waypoint to find a huge opening with several elemental monuments. Your objective is to activate or light up these monuments.

In order to start, you should first look for the Seelie at the top of the island and then lead it toward the puzzle. The Seelie will then stop at a rock, and you will need to investigate it. Upon interacting with the prompt, the Seelie will then light up a stone pillar with the four elements.

This is when you will need to light up the elemental monuments within the area. However, you need to do it in the exact order when the Seelie lit up the stone pillar. The exact order is Cryo, Anemo, Pyro, and Hydro.

You can find the first two monuments right next to the hoops. The best part is that you can easily activate them just by interacting with them via a character with a corresponding element. Meanwhile, the Pyro monument is located on the ceiling. You can activate it by switching to Amber and shooting it with a Pyro arrow.

Lastly, the Hydro monument is on the opposite side of the Pyro monument. If you have Childe, you can just use him to shoot the monument with a Hydro arrow.

After lighting up all monuments, a portal will then open up, spawning slimes with it. Just take care of the slimes quickly and then enter the portal right after.
