Genshin Impact: How to Complete Jazari Chapter Guide | Vimana Agama Questline

Vimana Agama: Jazari’s Chapter is the third part of the Vimana Agama questline in Genshin Impact – here we’ll go over how to obtain the quest, and all the steps required to complete it as a comprehensive walkthrough.

This quest can be a little complicated given the number and maneuvering of energy blocks you’ll have to do across different mechanisms. 

In this quest, you’ll be speaking with a researcher who wants to investigate the ancient Ruin Guard – this will have you entering the giant machine, which is clearly not powered. Jazari knows how to activate the Ruin Guard, and naturally entrusts the task to you.

How to Complete the Jazari Chapter Quest in Genshin Impact

To first unlock the Vimana Agama: Jazari’s Chapter, you’ll have to complete Vimana Agama: Royinjan’s Chapter part of the questline.

Once that’s been completed, you’ll need to teleport to the nearest waypoint near the quest marker, and head over to the Ruin Guard to open the seal.

Pick up the three (3) power blocks you find on the ground and place them in the corresponding power relays. Once this is all done, talk to Jazari.

After speaking with him, use the nearby elevator by ‘interacting’ with the button on the ground to take you to the middle level.

This is where things become less straight-forward and simplistic.

In this part of the puzzle, there will be four power relays, while three of them are locked and only open once the mechanism is activated by placing the corresponding energy blocks on them. Each mechanism will require a different amount of energy blocks.

After you head up, look Northwest and collect the power block on the power relay.

Place the power block on the caged glowing door that’s to the right.

Then, collect both power blocks on the relay and on the door. From there, head to the room in the Southwest and place the two (2) blocks to open up the door.

Inside the room, pick up the power blocks, then re-collect the two that were previously used on the same door.

Head over to the room on the other side and use three (3) power blocks to open the door there. Use the power block inside the room to be placed on the power relay there.

Pick up the three (3) power blocks on the door and then place them back in their rooms and power relays.

You’ll now need to defeat the Black Serpent Knight once spawned.

Head all the way back to the first floor and speak with Jazari again.

Activate the button that is near the elevator and take it to the top level this time. Find the room with the line that is glowing and take the power block there out of the power relay.

Use the power block on the door that’s located on the right-hand side to collect the power block. Once collected, use the power block on the power relays in both rooms and head inside the room to activate the Ruin Golem and speak with Jazari.
