The Guiding Parchment in Genshin Impact is a Quest Item that can be obtained by fishing in Devantaka Mountain. This quest item is part of an exploration objective, the Ever-Changing Parchment.
Obtaining the Guiding Parchment
To obtain the Guiding Parchment, you are going to fish on the encircled area on the picture above. Just fish until you get the item. Use a Sugardew Bait to reel in the fish.
Head to the Fishing Association Shop close to Port Ormos. Talk to Loumelat and buy the Formula: Sugardew Bait. Use the item to craft the bait in Crafting Benches. This Bait needs 1 Harra Fruit and 1 Sumeru Rose to craft 10 pieces.
When you obtain 3 parchments, its name will change into Whispering Parchment. Teleport to the Teleport Waypoint indicated on the picture above. Head down to a tent that has 4 unlit torches and all of them with the use of a pyro character like Amber.
After igniting up all of the torches, a Luxurious Chest will appear. You are also going to obtain the Mysterious Parchment and complete the Call of the Nameless City Achievement.
