Escape from Tarkov – Arena is one of those captivating tactical FPS multiplayer games where having the ideal loadout can mean the difference between life and death. Figuratively.
That’s why today, we’ll provide you with some of the best load-outs to use in Escape from Tarkov – Arena. Without wasting any more time, let’s dive into it!
Before we begin, a quick note. You must select the predetermined load-outs you wish to use in the Arena.
Jackal
One of the first loadouts you will be able to use is called Jackal. In this loadout, you will be able to choose from the MP-133, VPO-209, TT pistol, and most importantly, the STM-9, which will be your main gun for a while. Probably.
Used in combination with the 9×19 PARA ammo, the STM-9 will be one of your go-to options at the start of the game due to its reliability and piercing power. It is located under the “Champion” preset, make sure to check it out!
Mercenary
The second loadout package you will be able to buy early on is called the Mercenary. Again, just like with all packages, there will be 4 presets you can choose from within. In this case, the Charged, Mutineer, Jack, and Nix.
For this package, we highly recommend using the Mutineer loadout as the PP-19-01 Vityaz in combination with the 9×19 PARA ammo is a lethal combination used to mow down your enemies with deadly precision. This submachine gun hails as one of the most reliable weapons in EFT – Arena so be sure to give it a try!
Fighter
Up next we have the Fighter package. Priced at 3000 GLP, it comes with a variety of options. The Jeweler, Puncher, Bandit and Paratrooper. Here you have 2 relatively good options to choose from at the beginning of the game.
We recommend either selecting the Mosin (Sniper) from the Jeweler loadout. Alternatively, you can opt for the AKS-74 from the Paratrooper loadout. Both are equally good so long as they suit your specific playstyle. It is up to you to determine which style you prefer and choose the loadout accordingly.
Warrior
The Warrior package is a bit different. With a starting price of 4000 GLP, it comes with 4 loadouts. The Strangler, Tornado, Mite, and Tank.
Here, we highly recommend skipping all of the loadouts except the Tank loadout which comes with the AK-74N in combination with the 545×39 ammo. Perfect for dealing high amounts of damage early on and crushing your opponents’ hopes and dreams.
Gladiator
The Gladiator package comes with 4 loadouts yet again. The Sapper, Deratizer, Vet, and Chekist. They include the AK-105, VPO-215 “Gornostay”, SA-58 and SR-2M.
Contrary to popular belief, the Gladiator package is underwhelming for the price range at which it starts – 5000 GLP. None of the guns listed make a significant difference, especially considering their respective price tags. We would wait for the next package to buy anything since we came this far.
If you have to buy something, get the Vet loadout as it is the best option from the 4.
Veteran
Coming now to the highlight of this article, we have the Veteran package. Inside you will find 4 loadouts. Cyborg, Scalpel, Guard and Pointer. There is no dilemma here whatsoever on what to get.
You absolutely should buy the Pointer loadout with the UMP 45 which is one of the best guns in the game at the moment. Although the package itself starts at 6000 GLP, it is well worth it if you get the UMP 45 within it.
Best of the rest
There are several packages left after crossing the 6000 GLP price tag. Below we will list each one with our top picks on which loadout to get in which package.
Professional – Punisher loadout with the M4A1 in combination with the 556×45 NATO ammo
Elite – Bishop loadout with the RPK-16 in combination with the 545×39 ammo.
