If you have spent time mining for dirt and stone in Enshrouded, you have probably left a lot of holes in the ground. Normally this isn’t a big deal and you can just leave the hole behind and not really care about it.
In some cases though, you might have ended up digging a hole near or inside your base. Other than ruining your base’s look, the hole also stops you from building at that place.
This guide will show you the best way for you to fill up holes in Enshrouded.
How to Fill up Holes in the Ground
To fill up a hole in enshrouded, you can utilize the terrain building blocks found in the game’s building mode.
Equipping the crafting hammer will allow you to see all the shapes you can build. The highlighted terrain section consists of all the shapes we can use to rebuild any terrain to our liking.
To fill the hole and make it look like it was before, you can use the “Cube 2m” shape.
To fill the hole up using the shape you have selected, you have to go to the hole and place the shapes. Make sure to cover the whole hole to make it look like the hole was never there. Grass will automatically spawn on top of the shape you place.
Building Your Base
Once you have filled the hole, you can build other structures around it and continue building your base the way you want to.
Other than the structures and furniture you already have, you can gain access to more once you unlock the Carpenter. You can check out our detailed guide on how to get the Carpenter for more information on him.
