The Village Project: Restoring the Sunstone is a quest given by Mother Gothel, Rapunzel’s step mother. To unlock it, you need to reach Friendship level 10 with Mother Gothel and access the Forgotten Lands and Frosted Heights Biomes.

Ocean Water: Ocean Water is found on the shores of the Dazzle Beach.
Oregano: Oregano can be obtained in the Plaza.
Mint: Mint is found in Frosted Heights.
Use the cooking station and add all of the ingredients you gathered, along with the Dimmed Dawn Fragment that you received from Mother Gothel at the start of the quest. Receive the Gleaming Dawn Fragment after cooking, and give it to Mother Gothel.
She will tell you to go to the Forgotten Lands with the Dusk Fragment. Plant the fragment close to a pond and water it. It’s going to take about 24+ hours to fully grow into a Gleaming Dusk Fragment. You must also obtain 5 Sun Meteorites in the area.
Once you have these items, bring them to Mother Gothel. Go to a crafting table and craft the Sunstone and go back to her. This is going to finish the quest, and you are going to receive the furniture, Mother Gothel’s Standing Mirror.
