There is so much gear in Death Must Die, and some of these items can turn into an extremely powerful combo. However, it can be quite overwhelming trying to figure out just what the best combinations are!
To make things even more complex, there’s a high amount of randomization when it comes to what gear you even get. Rarities, stats, and special effects are all randomized on the vast majority of gear.
In this guide, we go over what’s potentially the strongest gear combo currently available in Death Must Die!
Best Gear Combo in Death Must Die
The best gear combo right now is the combination of the Jackrabbit Unique knife and any Mythic relic with the Cool Off effect.
The Jackrabbit’s unique effect, Sugar Rush, has a chance to double your movement speed anytime you dash.
To aid this, relics with the Cool Off effect have a chance to refresh your dashes every time you dash. This allows you to just spam dashes constantly if you’re lucky enough.
Speaking of luck, these chances scale with your Luck stats! Luck is this build’s main stat.
That means that you should aim to equip as many Luck-boosting items as you possibly can. Of course, you’ll also want to make sure they’re Mythic rarity if possible!
This gear combo should be pretty good for every character, but Nixi makes it shine far more than other characters.
Especially if you equip The Sign of the Rabbit, as it grants Nixi extra luck every 3 levels.
When it comes to the blessings from gods and goddesses, you should try your best to get Mort’s Serendipity. It raises your luck even further, which improves your entire build in this case!
Other than that, though, you can choose any gods you like. They all work well with this build, but you should focus on the dash and chance-based abilities.
After all, you will get to spam dodges like crazy and have extremely high Luck boosting your chances to trigger effects.
Lastly, make sure to pick any Luck-boosting effects you can from shrines, too.
But well, there you have it, this is currently one of the best gear combos available in the game. It’s potentially even the best!
