Coral Island: Where to Use Bronze Kelp Essence

During your progress in the game, you will be tasked with a quest called Essence extraction wherein you have to produce a bronze kelp essence.

If you still have not heard of it, the bronze kelp essence is a craftable item in playing Coral Island. This is produced by processing 10 kelps inside an extractor. Once you have already produced the needed number of bronze kelp essence, the quest is now completed.

The question now here is where can you use these items for?

Where to Use Bronze Kelp Essence on Coral Island

Your produced bronze kelp essence is an important ingredient if you want to upgrade the quality of your items.

You can do this by going to Ling’s Laboratory.

From your farmhouse, head to the eastern side of the map until you cross the two bridges. After that, you will reach the Central Plaza. Walk a little further and you will see the fountain which will serve as your landmark.

From the fountain, head north until you pass by three flower-decorated arcs, and then face right. You will see a tall building with the word Laboratory above it.

When you enter Ling’s Lab, you will see a wide table with a screen on top located near the entrance of the building. Approach and interact it. When the choices are shown, select Upgrade Produce Quality.

Here, you will see all the upgrades that you can do with your items. You can upgrade seeds, plants, hays, and fruit trees. Growing these upgraded ones increases the probability of producing a high-quality product.

However, you cannot easily upgrade everything you want. This is where the bronze kelp essence will come in handy.

The bronze kelp essence will serve as the currency to exchange for an upgrade. Different resources differ in the number of bronze kelp essence required.
