The Summoning Key Relic is one of three Relics hidden within the Paradox Junction map of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies.

This one requires you to hunt down a couple of items with the help of Rad-Hounds, then “dying” in a specific spot. It’s pretty silly, as is standard for Zombies easter eggs and secrets!

Regardless, I’ll give you a step-by-step guide to let you know how to get this Relic.

How to Get the Summoning Key Relic | Paradox Junction

To be able to get the Summoning Key Relic, you’ll need to play on Tier 1 or higher of Cursed Mode. You’ll also need to survive until at least round 40 in Paradox Junction.

Before you reach round 40, though, go to the Future Nuketown (the nuked version). There, go to the Green House by the Cul-de-Sac. Throw a grenade into the house’s broken chimney to get the Dog Collar, as shown in the next video.

Next up, go to the Past Nuketown (the clean version) and lead a Rad-Hound to the Yellow House Backyard. Don’t let it bite you too much, though!

Use Brain Rot on the hound to turn it into an ally when you reach the backyard and it’ll dig up a Tennis Ball you can pick up. The video below shows this process.

Lastly, you’ll need to survive until at least round 40 and go to the Green House Backyard in Future Nuketown. But first, make sure you have a way to revive yourself if you’re solo! A Self-Revive Kit is a good idea for solo here.

Then, stand by the westernmost fence in the backyard and go down. Either let a zombie kill you, or just use explosives if you have any. This will make a grave rise up from the ground, as shown in the next video.

As a good trick here, you can avoid using a Self-Revive Kit by just leaving one zombie alive. Let the zombie down you and then kill it while downed to automatically revive, as shown in the next video.

How to Start and Complete the Summoning Key Trial

With all of that done, a portal will now have opened up on the side of the Yellow House in Past Nuketown. Approach it and interact whenever you’re ready for the trial.

The trial this time is relatively simple, as you just need to kill 5 waves of enemies before the timer expires. You have 90 seconds per wave, so keep that in mind!

The main issue is that there are some very tanky HVTs in this trial, which can slow you down enough to miss the time limit. I recommend bringing powerful weaponry such as the Sundergat and War Machine.

Manage to complete this trial and you’ll automatically receive the Summoning Key Relic! When enabled, zombies will explode on kill. So, you’ll need to play it safer!

That’s all you need to know to unlock the Summoning Key Relic in the Paradox Junction map of Black Ops 7 Zombies!

If you want to unlock the other two Relics available in this map, we can help with those too! Check out our guides for the Rocket Relic and the Mangler Helmet Relic.
