Answer Every Phone in Emergence Calls | Collect Calls

In the Emergence mission of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the “Collect Calls” challenge puts your attention to detail to the test as you hunt down five ringing phones hidden throughout the level.

Each phone leads you to new areas filled with challenging enemies and unique clues that advance the storyline. Missing a single phone could mean missing out on crucial plot details, so following my guide will help you capture every call and fully complete the mission.

Phone Location #1

After the initial cutscene, you’ll begin to hallucinate as zombies infiltrate the building. Once you defeat the horde, head to the front desk where a phone will start ringing. Follow the voice in your head and answer it to mark the first phone in the Collect Calls challenge.

Phone Location #2

Make your way to the Advanced Combat Research (ACR) wing. Solve a quick computer code puzzle, grab the grappling gun, and brace yourself for a boss fight. Once that’s done, collect the ACR Director Keycard and head down the stairs. Take a left to find the second ringing phone.

Phone Location #3

After the second phone call, turn left and look up to find a grapple point leading to the Administration wing. Inside, you’ll see the third phone ringing on a table to your left.

Phone Location #4

After answering the third phone, turn around and take the passage to your left. Follow it to the end, then grapple to the opposite side to reach the Joint Projects wing, where you’ll find the fourth phone.

Phone Location #5

The fifth and final phone is accessible after collecting all four keycards and entering the Biotechnology wing. Take the elevator up, and at the end of the passage, you’ll find the last phone waiting. Answer it to complete the Collect Calls challenge.
