1. Safehouse Safe

The first safe can be found in the Safehouse itself, located in a bedroom on the second floor. Accessing the safe requires completing a sequence of mini-puzzles to retrieve the code.

Steps:

1. Piano Puzzle:
   • First, grab the Blacklight (usually available nearby).
   • Use the Blacklight around the room to find five numbered notes hidden on various objects.
   • Once you’ve found them, go to the piano and play the notes in the correct order to proceed.
2. Generator Puzzle:
   • Head to the boiler room, where you’ll find a boiler and some fuel controls.
   • Turn the boiler twice to close it.
   • Set the fuel to halfway to allow just enough flow.
   • Next, turn on the Pilot, which will enable the boiler’s operation.
   • Finally, turn the boiler two more times to open it again, completing the generator setup.
3. Keypad Puzzle:
   • Use the Blacklight again to find hidden blueprints around the room.
   • Use these to identify a few hidden numbers. Combine these numbers to create a code.
   • Refer to the Decryption Log nearby, where you can use trial and error to finalize the correct code. Enter this code to advance.
4. Code Decipher Puzzle:
   • Use a reference board nearby to match numbers to letters.
   • You’ll need to spell four words: “bunker,” “room,” “open,” and “holding”. Note that the order may vary slightly in each playthrough.
5. Radio Puzzle:
   • Tune the radio by adjusting the frequency until the waves match.
   • Listen closely for keywords that indicate the code’s location.
   • Use the Blacklight to locate numbers on these items around the room for the four-digit code.
6. Open the Safe: Enter the four-digit code you’ve gathered to unlock the safe.

Reward: 1,000 cash and a Knife Blueprint.

2. Blood Feud Safe

This safe can be found during the Blood Feud mission. You’ll need to navigate through an alleyway and climb up a truck to reach a vent that leads you to the safe’s location.

Steps:

1. Locate the Alley and Vent:
   • Head to the main building and turn left into an alley.
   • Find a stack of boxes near a truck. Climb onto the truck to access the balcony and enter the vent.
2. Navigate the Vent:
   • Walk through the duct system until you see a “SIGNAL WEAK” message. This indicates you’re close to the safe location.
   • Open the vent door and drop down, being cautious of nearby enemies.
3. Find the Radio:
   • Look around for a radio on a desk next to a coffee machine.
   • Tune the radio’s frequency until the waves match, which will reveal a code. The code changes each time you play but will repeat a few times for clarity.
4. Enter the Safe Code:
   • Head to the opposite corner of the room to find the safe beneath a whiteboard. Enter the code to unlock it.

3. Most Wanted Safe

In the Most Wanted mission, you’ll need to navigate through a restricted area in a bar and locate the safe near some red and yellow curtains.

Steps:

1. Access the Restricted Area:
   • Enter the area behind the bar, where you’ll see red curtains marking a restricted zone.
   • Sneak past any guards patrolling this section to avoid detection.
2. Find the Radio:
   • Move through the red curtains and keep right, exiting through the yellow curtains.
   • Look for the radio on a nearby table, and tune it to receive a unique code.
3. Enter the Safe Code:
   • The safe is directly behind you once you receive the code. Use the code to open the safe.

4. Hunting Season Safe

To find the safe in Hunting Season, you’ll explore a rundown building in a village encampment.

Steps:

1. Locate the Building:
   • In the southwest corner of the map, find an old three-story house.
   • Make your way to the second floor, where you’ll find a room with a radio next to an old TV.
2. Tune the Radio:
   • Adjust the radio waves until they match, giving you a unique code for the safe.
3. Find the Safe:
   • Exit through the door on the right side of the room and locate the safe in a yellow-lit room.
   • Enter the code to unlock the safe.

Reward: 1,000 cash.

5. The Cradle Safe

This safe is located inside the palace in the Cradle mission.

Steps:

1. Enter the Palace:
   • Use the door on the left side of the front entrance to access the palace.
2. Find the Radio:
   • Head upstairs and enter the first room on the left.
   • Tune the radio on the table to get the code for the safe.
3. Locate the Safe:
   • The safe is on the wall left of the radio. Enter the code to unlock it.

6. Emergence Safe

In Emergence, find the Cognitive Research wing in the southeast corner of the map.

Steps:

1. Enter Cognitive Research Area:
   • Go down the hall and spot the “eye graffiti” on the wall to your right.
   • Follow this until you reach a shelf with a radio.
2. Tune the Radio:
   • Adjust the frequency to match the code waves.
3. Find the Safe:
   • Walk down the hallway, keeping right near the washing machines to locate the safe near some hanging lab coats.
   • Enter the code to unlock the safe.

Reward: 1,000 cash.

7. High Rollers Safe

The High Rollers mission safe is in the casino.

Steps:

1. Locate the Casino:
   • Use the large staircase to access the casino’s lower floor, then turn left.
2. Find the Radio:
   • Find a radio next to a golden elevator. Tune it to receive the code.
3. Enter the Code:
   • The safe is nearby. Enter the code to unlock the safe.

Reward: 1,000 cash.

8. Ground Control Safe

In Ground Control, find the safe in the airport’s Departures area.

Steps:

1. Find the Radio:
   • Behind the counter near canceled flight signs, locate a radio. Tune to get the code.
2. Locate the Safe:
   • Go through the Office 1 door near the vending machines to find the safe inside.

9. Under the Radar Safe

In the Under the Radar mission, head to the Radar Dish area.

Steps:

1. Climb to the Roof:
   • Locate a building with a spinning antenna. Climb up the ladder and enter through the roof door.

3. Find the Safe:
   • In the fenced area behind you, the safe is in the right corner. Enter the code to unlock.
