50 articlesArknights Endfield just recently came out and it is a bit rough around the edges. Many of the quests can be quite confusing and unintuitive, with complex mechanics and systems being thrown at you. Sometimes, you can’t even find where the damned quest is!
One such quest is the Restart Area Stock Redistribution quest. In this guide, I’ll show you how to do both versions of the quest – including how to get it and where to get stock bills from. Let’s get into it!
Restart Area Stock Redistribution Guide
The Restart Area Stock Redistribution quest is divided into two versions that explain how the Stock Bills system works. We’ll go over how you can do both the quests.
How To Get The Quest
One of the biggest confusions regarding this quest is how exactly you’re supposed to get it. The way I got it was when I started the Quarry Rescue side mission and ran into it. You get this quest by completing paving the way.

Specimen Bread Location in Arknights EndfieldMay 12, 2026I was able to find Lucky Carrot by the Owl icon on the map. I’ve also marked the position where you talk to Lucky Carrot for the first objective – in case you got it but did not realize.
There might also be some level requirements but quite frankly, I have not been able to confirm this.
Restart Area Stock Redistribution I
Once you get the quest, go to the icon and talk to Lucky Carrot. After his dialogue, select the Authorization Granted dialogue. This will connect the Stock Redistributor to the system.
Next, follow the instructions on the screen to access the Regional Development menu. Here, you must select the Stock Redistribution option.
In this menu, you will be able to get Mr. Rammu as a present. There are also other goods on a huge sale that we recommend getting, such as the following:
- Frontiers Watch
- Fortmaker
It really depends on what you need.
After making your purchase, run through the dialogues and you’ll be done with this part.
How To Get Stock Bills
For the next quest in this quest line, you will first need to upgrade the Stock Redistributor. However, to do this you will need x4500 Valley Stock Bills. It is possible that you do not have them.
To get Valley Stock Bills, you need to do the following:
- Go to your Regional Development menu.
- Select the Outpost Management option
- Select an outpost you want to trade with (you can select a friend here if added)
- Choose a good from the Switch Goods option
- Use the slider to change the quantity that you want to trade
- Select Trade and you will receive the Stock Bills.
Restart Area Stock Redistribution II
Once you have x4500 Stock Bills, talk to Lucky Carrot and select the Upgrade option.
Doing so will upgrade the Stock Redistributor and add another tab for Elastic Goods. You can purchase these goods and your goal is to sell them at higher prices to make profit. It is an excellent way of making Stock Bills too if done right.
Make sure to also grab the rewards from the Regional Development menu. These are milestone rewards that you will get for doing all the steps mentioned in the quest.
Once that’s done, talk to Lucky Carrot again to conclude the quest!
Final Thoughts
That’s everything you need to know about completing both quests in the Restart Area Stock Redistribution quest line in Arknights Endfield. It introduces a complicated system but one that is worth it to kickstart your trading – especially with the Elastic Goods. The main problem with this quest is that it is quite unintuitive, especially when trying to find the quest or understand how to get Stock Bills. But hopefully this cleared things up!
