One of the best things about Paralives is that you get the freedom to play however you want. You can either enjoy building a family from scratch and earning every Paradime through hard work. Or, you can skip the grind, instantly become rich, max out skills, or create absolute chaos in your neighborhoods.

Fortunately, the game launched with a surprisingly extensive cheat system already built into it. This means it has a fully functional cheat console that gives you access to a bunch of stuff.

If you want to unlock certain stuff in the game via cheat codes, here are all of them that you should know about.

Cheat Codes in Paralives that You Need to Know

There are lots of cheat codes that you can enter on the console. To make it easier to follow, we’re going to categorize each of them and give a brief description of each cheat.

We’re not going to list every known cheat in the game, just the ones that I believe are the most useful. Let’s get started.

Time Cheats

Cheats in this category allow you to manipulate the time. They’re often used for testing certain gameplay mechanics, though you can also use them to hasten your progression.

There are only four of them, though you can expect more to get added as the game gets further into development. They’re as follows:

• ADVANCEDAY – Advances current time by 24 hours
• ADVANCEHOUR – Advances current time by an hour
• SETHOUR – Sets the current time to the time you specified
• SKIPTO5MINUTESBEFOREWORK – Advances current time to 5 minutes before your Paras start working

Money Cheats

As the name implies, cheats that belong in this category allow you to get rid of financial limitations so you can purchase anything you want in the game.

The most useful ones include:

• SETMONEY – Sets the current household balance to the specified amount. Simply type SETMONEY followed by the amount you want. For example, SETMONEY 1000.
• PRINTMONEY – This one gives a specific amount to the household via the command PRINTMONEY followed by the amount you want.

Character Cheats

Possibly one of the best features of Paralives is its character customization system. However, character cheats further expand that flexibility.

This category has tons of cheats, but the ones that you must know about are as follows:

• COMPLETECURRENTWANTS – Complete all of the active Wants of a Para you selected
• CLEARSTATUSEFFECTS – Removes ALL status effects on a selected Para.
• CLEARSTATUSEFFECTSONALLCHARACTERS – Essentially the same as the previous cheat code but applies to all Parafolks
• GAINSTORYCARD – Allows you to gain a Story Card
• CLEARALLONSELECTEDCHARACTERS – Clears everything on a selected character, including Wants, Needs, bills, interactions, and memories. Everything.
• SETSKILLLEVEL – Lets you set the level of a specific skill for a selected Para
• RESETPERSONALITY – Resets a selected Para’s personality, which also removes all of their traits and upgrades

Need Cheats

Managing needs is a core part of Paralives’ gameplay. However, it can quickly become repetitive after a while. Fortunately, Paralives also included several cheats designed to keep your Paras happy and functioning.

The most useful ones are as follows:

• RELIEFALLNEEDS – This one essentially relieves all of the needs of a selected Para by setting them to the maximum value
• RELIEFALLNEEDSOFALLCHARACTERS – Same as the previous one but applies to all Parafolks

Occupation Cheats

These cheats are perfect if you don’t want to climb the career ladder manually. Basically, you can modify any occupation that your Paras have and even get those promotions right away.

Among the useful ones are:

• PAYDAY – Gives a selected Para money equal to their salary
• CLEARALLOCCUPATIONS – Removes all occupations a Para has. Useful if you want to start from scratch.
• CLEARSTRIKES – Removes all strikes from a selected Para, if any

Pregnancy Cheats

Cheats in this category are among the most used in the game. This is especially true if you’re trying for a baby but find the system a bit confusing.

Some of the cheat codes worth knowing are as follows:

• GETPREGNANT – Makes a selected Para become pregnant
• GIVEBIRTH – If a selected Para is already pregnant, make them give birth
• MAKEBABIES – Forces selected Paras to have a baby together. You then follow it with the number of babies you want them to have.

Aging and Death Cheats

These commands are ideal if you want total control over your household’s life cycle. Here are some worth knowing:

• NEXTLIFESTAGE – Forces your selected Para to progress to the next Lifestage. Essentially, babies become toddlers, young adults become adults, and so on.
• PREVIOUSLIFESTAGE – Basically the opposite of the previous command
• KILLCHARACTER – This is useful if, for some reason, you want to take down a selected Para
• REVIVEALLSELECTEDCHARACTERS – In the event that you mess up and your Paras passed away

Wrapping Things Up

These are just some of the many cheat codes that Paralives introduced to their players. With these, you can basically control every aspect of your Paras’ lives. It also gives you more freedom and flexibility with your playthrough.

However, it’s worth noting that Paralives is still in Early Access. This means that there’s a possibility that some, if not most, of these cheats won’t work in the game’s future versions.
