In the leaked video, Bel’Veth looks pretty exciting and appears to have two forms. The first form is a beautiful humanoid with giant fins behind her that she uses as a cloak.
When she uses her ultimate, she transforms into a shape that resembles a manta ray with gold streaks on her body.
