The “Loyal Traveler” is one of the many Legendary Weapons in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, specifically being a Long Katana for Yasuke to use.

Every Legendary Weapon has a unique trait to go along with it. In the Loyal Traveler’s case, that means a massive buff to Sheathed Attacks. It will make them count as Postured while also making them leave enemies Vulnerable!

How To Get the Loyal Traveler | Legendary Long Katana for Yasuke

You can find the Loyal Traveler inside a Legendary Chest in the easternmost part of the Kii region. Go directly west from the Kamikura Shrine to find a path along the mountain leading to the chest. We’ve marked the Legendary Chest’s location on the map above.

Do note, the path you need to follow along the mountain requires a bit of parkour. Due to that, you’ll need to switch over to Naoe to be able to reach the chest. On the upside, the path itself is completely linear and easy to follow as Naoe!

Reach the end of the mountain path and you should spot the Legendary Chest next to a dead ronin. Thankfully, whatever killed the guy doesn’t seem to be around, so just walk up to the chest and loot it.

The Loyal Traveler’s unique perk, as we mentioned before, makes it so that Sheathed Attacks are Postured and make the enemy Vulnerable. It’s excellent for quickly finishing off foes with surprise attacks!
