Path of Exile – How to Establish Recruitment | Settlers of Kalguur

Path of Exile just got a major expansion that goes by the name of Settlers of Kalguur. This expansion pack adds a decent amount of new stuff such as even hiring workers to get resources for you which will aid you in building the town of Kingsmarch.

To hire workers, you will first need to establish Recruitment. It is a fairly easy process and will only take you a few minutes. I will show you how to do it in this guide!

How to Establish Recruitment

The first thing you want to do is head into the Kingsmarch Building. Once you enter the building, you will notice a circular icon with a hammer drawn in the middle at the opposite end. I have marked it in the image below. If you hover your mouse over the hammer icon, you will find that it is called Town Improvements.

Click on the hammer icon and the menu shown below will pop up. Simply click on UNLOCK to establish recruitment. Do keep in mind that it will cost you 5 gold. You can also use this menu to unlock other stuff as well later on by paying the right amount of resources.
