The final hub area you can reach in ZZZ (Zenless Zone Zero) is the Ballet Twins Road, and it has a variety of HIA Commemorative Coin locations for you to check out.
Similar to previous areas, such as Sixth Street, there are a total of 10 HIA Commemorative Coins for you to find here. They’re a bit different from other areas, but they work mostly the same. Pick them up to earn Officer Mewmew medals and also trade them in with the Sage in a Barrel for sweet rewards!
In this guide, we’ll tell you the location of all 10 Commemorative Coins in Ballet Twins Road.
ALL 10 HIA Commemorative Coin Locations in Ballet Twins Road
Before we go over all 10 HIA Commemorative Coin locations in the Ballet Twins Road area, we have some pointers that should help you as you hunt these coins down in ZZZ:
HIA Commemorative Coins and NPCs related to them can be finicky to spawn. Try leaving and re-entering areas if you’re having issues with missing spawns.
HIA Commemorative Coins are time-sensitive. Make sure that you check their spots at the in-game times we mention.
Click on the time of day in the top left corner to see the current time. If there’s a message saying the Sage in a Barrel is looking for a coin, that means there’s a coin you can pick up somewhere.
NPCs who give you HIA Commemorative Coins can be recognized by the grey speech bubbles above them.
There can’t be multiple NPCs in the same spot. Some NPCs might prevent others from appearing. Complete the quests and events for the NPCs that are available first so that the others can appear.
The exact unlock timing for some events and commissions is still somewhat unclear, sadly. If an event is still unavailable for you, keep progressing through the story and leveling up your Inter-Knot Account.
Interactable items with HIA Commemorative Coins have a sparkling effect on them.
With all of these basics and tips, it’s now time to dive into every location!
Morning
Takeout Bag
Let’s kick things off with a simple one. You can get this coin by teleporting to Officer Mewmew’s spot on Ballet Twins Road during the Morning. As soon as you load into the area, look for a bench with a Chinese food takeout bag behind Officer Mewmew.
Just walk up to the bag and interact with it to get this HIA Commemorative Coin.
Old Lady’s Ladder
Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area in the Morning for this one. If the coin is available, you will see an old lady looking at a wall near the spawn point. Remember, you can leave the area and return to force it to reload when things don’t spawn!
Anyway, approach the old lady to see that she’s checking out a ladder leaning against a wall. Interact with the ladder and you’ll find this HIA Commemorative Coin.
Afternoon
Plaza Bench
Teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Afternoon. Then, turn around and face the far wall with the benches. Interact with the bench closest to the female student. You’ll find the HIA Commemorative Coin lodged between the seats. Lucky you!
Magazine Stand
Go to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Afternoon. Then, face the station and look for the entrance closest to Officer Mewmew. It should be the one to your right as you face the station.
Simply go through the doorway and interact with the magazine stand in front of you to pick up the HIA Commemorative Coin.
Kaibara and the Twilight Ballet
Go to the Plaza Walkway area in the Afternoon. Look towards the handrail overlooking the statue in the plaza and you should spot a man with a purple bucket hat.
Approach the man, Kaibara, and talk to him. He’ll rant about his issues with the host of the Twilight Ballet, then mention that she gifted him a coin. He seems conflicted over the coin, but he ultimately says he doesn’t want anything from the Twilight Ballet host. So, he gives you the HIA Commemorative Coin to get rid of it!
This is the halfway point for our list of all HIA Commemorative Coin locations in the Ballet Twins Road for ZZZ. You should now have unlocked the Silver Talent Seeker Medal from Officer Mewmew’s Challenges in the area, but you still need 5 more for the Gold Talent Seeker Medal!
Evening
Plaza Station Crate
Go to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Evening. Turn around to face the plaza station and go through the doorway to your left. It’s the one furthest away from Officer Mewmew, for reference.
Check the corner to your left as you go through the doorway to find a sparkling crate. Interact with it and you’ll find a HIA Commemorative Coin.
Walkway Payphone
Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area in the Evening. Check the handrail closest to you and you should spot a payphone with a woman nearby.
Approach the payphone and interact with it to find a lonely HIA Commemorative Coin. Pick it up so it can become friends with all the other coins you’ve picked up during your travels!
Walkway Vending Machine
Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area in the Evening. You can find this close to the payphone from the previous HIA Commemorative Coin location. Just look for the vending machine on the handrail closest to the river.
Interact with the vending machine to find yet another HIA Commemorative Coin!
Midnight
Archie and Paranormal Activity
For this one, you’ll need to teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at Midnight. Once you load into the area, turn around and check to your right. You should already see the gray text speech bubble over a young girl in a dress, Archie.
Approach Archie and talk with her and she’ll talk about the latest Twilight Ballet episode. Just listen to her talk and she’ll reward you with a HIA Commemorative Coin for being an attentive listener!
Edge of the Platform
At long last, we’re at the end of our HIA Commemorative Coin locations list for the Ballet Twins Road in ZZZ. For this one, teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at Midnight. As soon as the game loads, turn to your right and face the platform’s handrail, overlooking the river. You should spot a sparkling corner near a man.
Simply walk up to the sparkling spot and interact with the “edge of the platform” to collect the final HIA Commemorative Coin! Remember to collect your rewards from the Sage in a Barrel and Officer Mewmew.
