How To Unlock All Inner Arts Guide in Hero’s Adventure: Road To Passion

Hero’s Adventure: Road To Passion places you in a martial art world where you uncover many mysteries and learn more about all the regions. As you progress, you can become stronger by obtaining new weapons, manuals, armor, accessories, and other items you can find.

Another important thing you can do to increase your power is to obtain Inner Arts. Each type of Inner Art will provide you with a fixed number of stats or useful effects that increase your chance of winning in battle.

How To Unlock All Inner Arts Guide

Let’s learn about the Inner Art types in the game. Yang Inners give more HP, Yin Inners give more MP, and Harmony/Neutral is more Balanced (MP is usually higher than HP gains).

Nine Provinces Manual (Orange/Legendary)

To get the Nine Provinces Manual Inner Art, you’ll need to find the Fountain of Youth during the Unparalleled Sect Storyline. It is behind the Melody House; you do not have to complete the quest in order to access the Manual.

It requires you to have at least 800 MP. With it, you can Gain Regen Action in battle. Since it is a Neutral/Harmony Inner Art type, it’s going to give you a balance between MP and HP.

More specifically, you will get 500 MP, 300 HP, 300 Defense, and 60 Knowledge. You’ll also recover 20% of missing HP and MP, reduce 10 Poison, Internal Injury, Bleeding and Blinded effects after every action.

Omnipotent Demon Sealing Move (Orange/Legendary)

To get this, Beat Obsession Lao during Day 4 of the Ice Prison portion of Unparalleled Sect Storyline.

This Inner Art requires you to have at least 800 MP. This Type Yang / Positive art will give you 500 MP, 300 HP, 300 Defense and 60 Knowledge. With it, you can gain a charge action in battle. The Main effect lets you gain +25% Damage on Critical Hits when attacking.

You’ll also have a -25% Enemy Parry Damage Reduction Effect and +100 Action Gauge when Enemy Evasion. The second effect that this Inner Art provides you -10% Enemy Action Speed, -15% Enemy Damage Dealt, and +15% Enemy Damage Taken within 3 squares.

Infinity Origin Move (Orange/Legendary)

You can get the Infinity Origin Move from the Taoist Sect.

This is a Neutral / Harmony that requires you to have at least 800 MP. Upon reaching max level, you will gain 500 MP, 300 HP, 300 Defense and 60 Knowledge.

With it, you’ll gain Regen Action and Defense Action in Battle. Another effect it provides you is the cooldown reduction of all External Skills by 1.

Infinity Manual (Orange/Legendary)

Next is the Infinity Manual. To get it, you will need to be a member of the Taoist Sect. With 1 Int, break into Star Chaser Pavillion and lose the fight. In the Cave look at the drawings behind the desk.

You will need either the Ravenous Reader trait at character creation or be punished by the Taoist Sect by having negative Benevolence and then accepting the punishment, which will kick you out. This will give you a permanent debuff reducing your Max MP to 1 (Effect: – Max MP at time of trait).

You want to lower your Max MP as much as possible before doing this. Therefore, remember to remove accessories, and inners, and raise your INT as much as possible ( 1 Point of Int lowers MP by 35).

This has a low MP requirement of 0 – 5 MP. With it, you can transfer 80% of damage taken to enemies at the rate of 5 damage per 1 MP.

You can take full damage if MP is exhausted as a result of this. If there are no enemies nearby, you will take -20% less damage. For the stats, you will gain 1000 MP, 300 HP, 300 Defense, and 60 Knowledge.

Heaven Sutra (Orange/Legendary)

You can get this Inner Art from Langya Sword Pavillion.

This is a Yang Type of Inner Art with an MP requirement of 800 MP. Once you have it, you can gain a charge action in battle.

It will also give you a +100% increase in Spirit Gain. Upon reaching max level, you will receive the following stats: 500 MP, 300 HP, 300 Defense, and 60 Knowledge.

Confucius Thirteen Sutras (Orange/Legendary)

This Art is used by the Confucius Temple Leader.

Upon getting this Inner Art, you will receive 500 MP, 300 HP, 300 Defense and 60 Knowledge. It requires you to have at least 800 MP.

This Yin Type of Inner Art will provide you with one unique effect. When attacking, your hit will be guaranteed, immune to parry and reflect. When you are attacked, you will also be immune to critical hits.

Emperor Yin Yang Sutra (Orange/Legendary)

If you are in the Taoist Sect, you can get this from the Old Demon Lao Motou.

The Emperor Yin Yang Sutra Inner Art will give you 500 MP, 300 HP, 300 Def and 60 Knowledge. This Neutral / Harmony Inner Art will provide you with a regen action and defense action in battle.

You will also disable Inner of enemies within 2 squares. Keep in mind that there is an 800 MP requirement for you to get it.

Prayer Manual (Orange/Legendary)

You can get this Art from beating the chess board fight in Linlang Temple.

The Prayer Manual Inner Art requires you to have at least 800 MP. This is a Neutral / Harmony Inner Art that provides you with 250 MP, 500 HP, 300 Defense and 60 Knowledge upon reaching max level.

Once per battle, you can revive with 25% HP and MP. On revival, you will clear poison, bleeding, internal injury, sealed and blinded effects. Overall, this is extremely useful for extended fights where you need to survive for long periods.

Vairocana Solar Sutra (Orange/Legendary)

You can get this by siding with Yan against the Shifa temple (Or Steal/Trade it). Then, buy the Translated Sutra item from the Shifa Sect shop. After that, form a complete sutra.

You can also choose to learn Sanskrit from Scripture Tower Floor 2, and then translate the Sutra yourself. This does not cleanse the status effects, just prevents new applications of it

The Vairocana Solar Sutra requires you to have at least 800 MP. Upon reaching max level, you will gain 250 MP, 500 HP, 300 Defense and 60 knowledge. This Yang / Positive Inner Art will gain you Regen Action in battle. It will also make you immune to all negative status effects.

Nether Taichi (Purple/Epic)

When you participate in an Event with Zhang Lata, you’ll be able to receive this Inner Art. Keep in mind that it may need high relations.

Nether Taichi is a Neutral / Harmony Inner Art that requires you to have at least 500 MP in order to unlock. Upon reaching max level, you will gain a total of 300 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense and 40 Knowledge. You will gain a defense Action in Battle.

You will also have a 30% chance to recover 5% of your maximum HP, up to 100. The opponent attacker will also have a 30% chance to lose 5% of their MP (up to 150) when they attack you. This can be really useful in many situations.

Forging Golden Body (Purple/Epic)

You can learn this Inner Art from Buddist Hua Yan (in Scripture Tower Guard) with 70 Buddhist Points.

To unlock it, you must also meet the requirements of having 500 MP. This Yang / Positive Inner Art will give you 300 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense and 40 Knowledge upon reaching maximum level. It can also reduce damage taken by up to 35%, making it great in most fights.

Omniscient Sword Manual (Purple/Epic)

You can buy this Inner from the Langya Sword Pavillion Sect Shop.

To get this Yang / Positive Inner Art, you must have at least 500 MP. Upon reaching maximum level, you will gain 300 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense, and 40 Knowledge.

With it, your damage with Sword Skills will increase by 15%, and reduce the damage received from Sword Skills by 15%.

Flying Blade Secret Manual (Purple/Epic)

To get the Flying Blade Secret Manual, beat the Chuxiang Dojo Tournament and Represent yourself against all 3.

It will require you to have at least 500 MP to obtain. The Yin / Negative Inner Art will give you 100 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense, 40 Knowledge and 40 Throwing.

With it, throwing will always hit and always crit. This means that you can deal extra damage and even counter parry effects.

Four Saints Origin (Purple/Epic)

In order to receive this Inner Art, go to Plant Sect and recruit Qu Wangyou.

To get the Four Saints Origin, you must have at least 500 MP. This type Neutral / Harmony Inner Art will let you receive up to 100 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense, 56 Medical and 40 Knowledge upon maxing it. You can also gain a heal action and detoxify action in battle. Allies will recover 5% Max HP, up to 75 for every action.

Cold Yin Energy (Purple/Epic)

You can get this Inner Art during or after Taoist, Shifa, and Confucius Quest 3. When you are in the Ice prison, meditate on the Ice Bed more than 10 times.

Cold Yin Energy will decrease the Spirit (Ultimate Move Cost) of any enemy within 3 squares of you after every action. To get it, you must have at least 500 MP. This Type Yin Inner Art will provide you with 300 MP, 200 HP, 200 Def and 40 Knowledge upon maxing it.

Dreaming Sutra (Purple/Epic)

Dreaming Sutra can be obtained from Recruiting Zhang Lata.

The Inner Art will give you a +15% Critical Chance of +15% Evasion in battle. When you max the stats of this Neutral Inner Art, you can gain up to 300 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense and 40 Knowledge. Keep in mind that you must have at least 500 MP, which is the requirement.

Celestial Star Manual (Purple/Epic)

The last Inner Art, Celestial Star Manual, can be obtained from Shen Wuqi in the Night Demon Auction. This means that you will have to bid high enough.

The Celestial Star Manual requires you to have at least 500 MP to unlock. This will greatly increase your damage from throwing, up to +45%. Upon maxing this Neutral Inner Art, you’ll gain 100 MP, 200 HP, 200 Defense, 40 Knowledge and 40 Throwing.
