Genshin Impact: The Final Chapter Quest Guide

The Final Chapter Quest Guide in Genshin Impact

As mentioned in its name, The Final Chapter Quest is the closing quest for the Agnihotra Sutra World Questline. This Questline has three parts: the Starry Night Chapter, Risen Moon Chapter, and the Final Chapter itself.

This quest will focus on your task on finding the Yajna Grass. This request is from Aranaga. However, the location of the Yajna Grass is protected with a magical seal. And now, it’s your task to break the seals. But of course, you must find your way to the Mawtiyima Forest.

Mawtiyima Forest

The Mawtiyima Forest is located at the northeastern area of Sumeru. If you can already see giant mushrooms and hills, then you have already reach the Mawtiyima Forest.

From here, you will see Aranaga. Interacting with it will trigger and conversation asking you to look for Yajna Grass. This is the only magical plant you need to create the potion in saving the whole forest. Now, you will go with Aranaga and look for the Yajna Grass.

Locate the Yajna Grass

To easily arrive at the location of the Yajna grass, you can use the Four-Leaf Sigils to travel faster. Aside from the benefit of traveling faster, it is also ideal to use the Four-Leaf Sigil for you to get to the top of the big mushroom and easily go near the Yajna Grass.

The Kusava

As you do this quest, you will receive the Kusava power that will let you lift something that is submerged. Although it is not that easy to use this power especially on targeting, but this will be needing this most importantly so you must keep trying.

If you use this, the giant mushrooms will be lifted which will make you able to touch the hidden seal under it. After surfacing the seal, make sure that you will interact with it to count as progress.

For the rest of the seals, just follow the quest markers and repeat the steps done.

Pick Up the Yajna Grass

After breaking the three seals that surround the Yajna Grass, go to the center of the Mawtiyima Forest and pick up the Yajna Grass. After getting the Yajna Grass, the three Aranara friends will appear on the same spot on where you found the Yajna Grass. You can either wait or change the time between 23:00 and 1:00 if you want to see the ritual.

Head to Jamikayomars

After you obtain the Yajna Grass, go over to the northeast part of Mawtiyima Forest. You do not have anything to do other than proceed to the marked location because after the previous event, a cutscene will automatically play. Then, you will offer the elixir to the Jamikayomars.

Once you finish, a hidden area of Mawtiyima will appear in the northwest. Once you go inside, the final section of the quest will start.

The Last Quest Chain

The next thing you will have to do is to clean up three pollution zones. On the first pollution zone, you have to aim the Kusava to the seal. After that, use the Elemental Skill Button. Once you see the yellow Aranara, click attack. Interact,and objective complete.

After that, use the Kusava on the rock with vines, and the Elemental Skill Button again. Once you see the green Aranara, click attack then interact.

To clear the first pollution area, summon Dendrograna and attack the withering branch.

Clearing the Second Pollution Zone

In the second area, follow the arrow that points toward the underwater seal. With that, jump on the mushroom to use the Kusava on the underwater seal. Then, click the Elemental Skill Button. Once the orange Aranara appears, click attack then interact with it.

Aside from that, the arrow will also point at a broken seal. Point the Kusava towards it and use the Elemental Skill Button. When the yellow Aranara appears, click attack then interact.

Just like from the first pollution zone, summon Dendrograna and hit the withering branch to clear the zone.

Third Pollution Zone

Again, point the Kusava towards the rock with vines and use the Elemental Skill Button. When the green Aranara appears, click attack then interact with it.

Then follow the arrow for the next location. This time, it is facing a small cave with water. You have to jump over the mushroom again to use the Kusava. Aim it on the underwater seal and use the Elemenal Skill Button. When you see the orange Aranara, click to attack and interact.

Lastly for each zone, summon the Dendrograna and attack the withering branch to clear the pollution.

The Last Withering Zone

After clearing the zones, just follow the seelie and it will lead you to the Seelie Court. There, you will get an Exquisite Chest as a reward. Once you receive the reward, there will be another quest market—the final withering zone.

Jump down and defeat all the enemies. Once there are no more enemies, interact with the Tumor of the Withering.

After all that, the Aranara friends will talk to you about completing the Aghinotra Sutra World Questline. Upon completing it, you will be rewarded with the Wonders of the World Achievement.
