When you reach the Varuna Gatha questline, the Sprouding Seedlings quest will be waiting for you. As part of this very interesting quest, you will have to find Vasmrti, it is a collectible item from the nurseries that you will have to return back in order to raise Viparayas.

Remember, you must have these seeds if you want to complete Chapter 3 (Varuna Gatha of the Aryanka).

If you want to use them, go to the location marked on the map, near Vanarana.

When you reach the correct location, continue on the same path until you reach the entrance to the cave.

When you enter the cave, you can place seeds of the Vasmrti in the ground to grow into Viparyas.

To sum up, one Vasmrti seed means that only one Viparyas will grow. After those seeds grow, you will be able to collect Viparyas.
