Genshin Impact: Find the Missing Crystalline Cores Puzzle and Solution Guide

As you’re currently progressing through the Like Rhyme and Song, the Summer Reverie quest, you’ll eventually come across a section where you’ll need to look for missing Crystalline Cores. Luckily, it’s not that hard to find them since their locations are already marked on the map.

The only problem is that you’ll need to solve some puzzles to obtain them. In this guide, I’ll tell you what you need to do in order to solve the puzzles.

Find the Missing Crystalline Cores Puzzle and Solution Guide in Genshin Impact

The quest will give you Persikov’s Manuscript which contains all of the information you need to solve the puzzle. You can find it inside your inventory so you can check it from time to time. If you look at the manuscript, you’ll find red arrows that point to three islands. This is where you can find the missing Crystalline Cores.

You’ll also notice red Xs right next to the arrows. These indicate the spot where you can find the mechanisms that you need. Lastly, there are dashes and dots below those Xs, indicating how you should rotate those mechanisms.

To put it simply, you need to rotate to the right if it’s a dot and to the left if it’s a dash.

Let’s have an example. Let’s say you want to head over to the topmost island first to get one of the missing Crystalline Cores. Since it has one dot and two dashes, it means you need to rotate the mechanism once to the right and then twice to the left.

Just remember this detail, and you should be able to obtain all of the missing Crystalline Cores easily. Once you have all of them, insert them to the Fatui machine to restart it.
