Season 3 of Warzone DMZ has added new content, including new faction missions.

One of these new faction missions is the Tier 1 Redacted mission called “Cartel Investigation” which will require you to find a couple of large contraband packages.

However, the game pretty much gives you no direction on where to find these packages! In this guide, we’ll tell you what to look for and where to find them.

You can find these contraband packages in Hafid Port and its surrounding areas on the Al Mazrah map.

However, their location appears somewhat randomized each time, so you’re unlikely to find them in the exact same spots shown in this guide. There are no guaranteed spawn locations.

At least you will know what to look for and where! This should at least make things easier for you.

Once you’re ready, head straight to Hafid Port itself on the westernmost part of Al Mazrah. Once there, start going through every office and warehouse in the area.

Don’t neglect the small complex directly south of Hafid Port, either!

You are looking for small cardboard boxes with blue tape on their corners. You can see one in the image above; use it as a reference.

They’re not that large, so they don’t stand out too much. Look carefully, check every corner.

Again, their locations are completely random each time. Work with your team to cover more ground faster, speeding up the search significantly.

It’s likely that there are more than 2 large contraband packages too, but you will complete the objective by only picking up two of them anyway.

This should be the last thing you do for the Cartel Investigation mission, so it should also complete the mission!
