How to Mine Sulfur and Coal
Once you are in a desert, you have to mine the sulfur and coal to use them. This is fairly straightforward, as the only thing you will need for this is a metal pickaxe. The metal pickaxe should be your tool of choice due to its efficiency in mining these materials.
To mine sulfur in Palworld, you have to find the greenish-looking stone seen above.
Coal, on the other hand, will look like a large black stone. Using your pickaxe, hitting either of these rocks will give you the respective material.
It’s important to note that deserts are going to be very hot, making heat-resistant armor very effective when mining in the desert.
Whenever you go looking for materials and harvesting them, it’s important to take your inventory size into account. Always make sure you have enough space so you don’t have to leave any materials behind.
