Like other levels, the Secret Tape is a floating VHS tape you can collect by simply touching. The trick is finding it and reaching it, of course! It wouldn’t be secret otherwise. How to Get Secret Tape in “Foundry” | Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4 Remake
The easiest way to get the Secret Tape in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3’s Foundry level is at the very start of the level. As soon as you start the level, go directly forward and you should see a catwalk to your right. Jump onto it.
Once on the catwalk, continue going forward and then turn left to enter the suspended room with glass panels.
As soon as you’re inside the suspended room, turn to your right. You should now see the Secret Tape directly in front of you, floating above a beam at the top of the level. To reach it, just jump toward it! You’ll break the glass panels blocking the way and get on the beam.

It’s alright if your jump is less than perfect and you go a bit too much to the side. You’ll grind on the side of the beam as long as you’re close enough, which also works to collect the tape. So, there’s no need to be too precise, just make sure you don’t completely overshoot the beam and fall down!
