The only Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos collectible in the Dissected Plateau is in the very center of the region. It’s at The Stubs, which is just southeast of the Zadra’s Backup Plan fast-travel point for reference. We’ve marked it on the map above for you.
As you walk up to that location, you should spot a small house to your right and a training dummy to your left. Well, the Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos is right between them. It’s hanging off the wooden post in the very middle between the house and the dummy. Pick it up to hear what wisdom Arjay has for you this time!
