If you want to get all of the collectibles in The Howl, you’ll need to hunt every Propaganda Speaker within its borders in Borderlands 4. There are 2 of these Propaganda Speakers in this region. Shutting them down is a good way to remove some noise pollution in the region, plus they help you reach 100% exploration. In this quick guide, we’ll tell you how to easily find both of these Propaganda Speakers!
Every Propaganda Speaker in The Howl | Borderlands 4
Southeastern Border

The first Propaganda Speaker we’ll go for is the one in the southeastern corner of The Howl. It’s right by the border of the region, as you can see above. This one’s out in the open, and there aren’t any enemies around it, so it’s pretty easy to find and hack. It’s rare when things go well for a Vault Hunter, but it sure is appreciated…
Western Ripper Camp

Well, turns out things going well didn’t last too long! The second and last Propaganda Speaker in this region is in the westernmost part of The Howl. We’ve marked it on the map above for you.
As the title indicates, though, this one is deep in the middle of a Ripper camp. You’ll have to either fight them or carefully maneuver past them to avoid combat. We also recommend taking the eastern entrance of the camp so that you don’t end up getting blocked off by invisible walls or anything like that.

Make it to the end of the camp to reach its highest spot and find the Propaganda Speaker tower. It’s a good idea to kill the nearby Rippers so that they don’t attack you as you attempt to hack it!
Nonetheless, that’s all you need to know to find every Propaganda Speaker in The Howl in Borderlands 2. Only 2 of these, so it’s not much work! But those aren’t the only collectibles in the region. For more collectibles in here, check out our guide on all Survivalist Caches in The Howl.
