The Lowrise is a safehouse in the Carcadia Burn region in Borderlands 4. The place is a bit of a mess, truth be told. Even reaching it is a bit of a problem, since you have to navigate through a lot of broken sections and debris! It’s no big deal for a Vault Hunter, though, especially one with a grappling hook. In this short guide, we’ll tell you how to easily unlock this safehouse.
How to Unlock The Lowrise Safehouse | Borderlands 4

First things first, you can find the “The Lowrise” safehouse in the Carcadia Burn region. It’s close to the southeastern edge of the Tonnage Peel area, as shown on the map above. Go there to start the process of capturing and unlocking it.

As soon as you reach the general area of the safehouse, look for a broken pipe that you can grapple to. There should be a sign that says “out of order,” but that is completely irrelevant to you… you’ve got a grappling hook, after all! You can do whatever you want!
Circle around the exterior of The Lowrise by following the linear path to the top. Fend off enemies and keep grappling and climbing until you get up there.
When you reach the top of The Lowrise and see the main entrance, ignore it. Instead, go northwest to find a chunk of concrete with the Datapad you need to capture the safehouse.
Once you’ve picked up the Datapad, turn around and go south to find the main terminal. It’s directly opposite of the main entrance, as you can see in the clip above. Interact with it after grabbing the Datapad to unlock The Lowrise as one of your safehouses! You can now use its amenities at your leisure.
That’s all you need to do to unlock The Lowrise as a safehouse in Borderlands 4. It’s not as fancy as, say, the Wyclef’s Reprieve safehouse. But it’s still nice to have another place all to yourself out in Kairos!
