The latest feature added to Synced, which we never expected to come, is the Automat Machine you see in the picture above.
Its use is mainly for Guntech and it could potentially be your main source for these items in the game. Beware that it does require a tiny bit of luck, involving a teeny tiny bit of gambling but don’t worry, we’re here to show you how to get the most out of this machine!
Dive right in as we explore the new update in Synced and as we gamble away our money so you don’t have to!
Automat Machine Mechanics
To start off, let us explain how the Automat Machine works in the first place. The machine requires money or currency if you will that is available in the game itself. Then what you need to do is simply transfer it to the machine and hope that you get the Guntech that you actually need.
Once you open the Automat Machine menu, you will see that there is already a selection of weapons called the “Standard Automat Pool” which indicates there will be more options to choose from in the near future.
As for the currency, or coins, which you need in order to try your luck, there are two options. The first option is the Automat Coin which is the standard option for basic attempts at getting Guntech. The second option is called the “Limited Automat Coin” which indicates that it could be used in future updates for special offers, events, skins, etc.
So far, the Automat Machine seems to be Free to Play friendly, however, we will have to wait for future updates to be certain. Note that in order to access the Automat Machine you need to finish the first 8 Sectors in the game.
Automat Machine Inventory
In total, there are 3 tiers of Guntech you can get via the Automat Machine. Or simply, 3 classes which are:
Rare (93.80% chance),
Epic (6.00% chance),
Legendary (0.20% chance).
The best way to approach this is by collecting 10 coins each time and using them all at once, instead of going 1 by 1 each time. This increases your chances of landing Legendary Drop items as the percentage for single attempts is way too low to actually achieve anything at just 0.20%. You can also consult the rules in the details menu by pressing “Z”. There states that on the first 10 tries, an epic or legendary item is guaranteed.
Another thing to note here is that if after 45 attempts, you have not received a Legendary Item, all subsequent chances will slightly increase in %. This is similar to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege alpha pack opening where your chances of landing a pack increase by 1-3% each time.
Last but not least, receiving Guntech means that you will be able to upgrade your guns when enough pieces are collected via the Automat Machine. The initial cost to Augment is 10 pieces and from there it gradually increases in cost meaning you need more draws and more parts for your upgrades.
We hope you enjoyed this Automat Machine guide. As new updates are released we’ll be covering that too!
