How to Equip Cosmetics | Path of Exile 2
You can equip or change your cosmetics in Path of Exile by simply opening the Cosmetics Menu. On PC, you can open it by selecting it from the quick menu on the bottom left side of the screen or by pressing the K key.

If you’re playing with a controller or on consoles, you’ll need to bring up the Radial Menu instead. Simply hold down whatever the equivalent to Select is on your controller, such as the View Button (Xbox) or the Touchpad (PlayStation DualSense). Then use either joystick to select Cosmetics on the top right corner of the Radial Menu.
You can then select any of the Cosmetics you wish to use under the Cosmetics category. This includes any Cosmetics you own from Path of Exile 1, though most of them are still unavailable as of this writing. We expect them to be ported over as the Early Access period progresses, though.
If you don’t have any Cosmetics, you’ll need to purchase them as microtransactions. You can find them under the Featured, Packs, Sales, and Shop categories of the Cosmetics Menu. Whether they’re worth purchasing is up to you, of course!
