Well Puzzle Guide in MADiSON

You will find a red door in the basement after solving the generator’s puzzle and doing a little amount of exploring.

You’ll be able to enter a bizarre location bordered by yellow crime scene tape after taking a picture of the red entrance. A well with three locks holding a concrete slab over its entrance is located behind this room.

Solving Well Puzzle

Entering the proper symbol into each crime scene lock is the first step in unlocking the well and carrying on with the story. You may already have the answer.

Take a photo of the pentagram design on the wall beside the TV to reveal the answer to the Madison crime scene lock problem. Check the image for the three symbols that appear inside the circles in the polaroid of the drawing but not on the wall itself by shaking the polaroid to develop it.

After that, return to the well in the basement behind the red door. Enter the bottom-left symbol from your image into the crime scene lock on the left, the bottom-right symbol into the one on the right, and then the top symbol into the crime scene lock on the back of the well.

If you followed the previous instructions and figured out the crime scene lock puzzle, you might wonder how to enter the well. Simply taking a picture of the well will allow you to open the Madison crime scene well. As soon as you snap the photo, the well’s top slab will blow out and reveal an entry. To proceed with the story, all you have to do is go down the ladder.
