How to Unlock Cooking Menu and Level Up in Black Desert Mobile

Cooking is one of the many activities you can do in Black Desert Mobile. Not only does it let you cook a variety of food, but the food you cook can also provide different buffs.

Aside from that, you can just sell the food that you crafted for lots of silver.

But to do that, you need to learn how you can unlock the cooking menu in the first place. That’s what we’ll cover in this guide.

How to Access the Cooking Menu in Black Desert Mobile

The cooking activity in Black Desert Mobile is actually quite simple. All you have to do is decide on which type of meal to cook, prepare the ingredients, and select it from the interface.

To start, you want to tap on the hamburger icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Then, in the menu, tap on the cooking menu as shown in the image above.

This should then open the cooking menu where you can select which type of meal you want to cook. After deciding which meal you want, you can then choose how many of it you want to cook.

As long as you have the ingredients, you can just start cooking right away and your character will then perform the cooking animation.

Now, in order to level up your cooking skill and gain access to higher-level meals, you will have to keep on cooking as many meals as possible.

Each successful meal will give you XP to help level up your skill.

However, our personal recommendation would be to cook meals that involve fish. This way, you will be able to go out fishing and then turn your catch into meals.

This is one good way to earn XP not just for your fishing but for your cooking skill as well.
