Resin is one of the dozens of crafting materials you can find in Enshrouded. It’s a key ingredient for a variety of crafting recipes, but it’s somewhat rare.

It’s similar to resin in real life though: it’s primarily found from plant sources! So get your best axe ready, you’re about to go do some lumberjacking.

In this guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get resin in Enshrouded with relative ease.

Resin is somewhat rare in Enshrouded, and it can be hard to spot, but it’s not hard to get. It’s primarily obtained from trees, but sometimes it can be found just kinda lying on the ground.

Of course, just running around looking for resin is a fool’s errand! Instead, you should take out your trusty axe and start chopping down trees.

There’s a random chance for resin to just fall from trees with every single axe chop you land on them. You don’t even need to cut down the tree fully sometimes, but fully chopping it down will yield you more resin.

Sadly, the random chance for resin to spawn is pretty low, all things considered. You might fill up on wood logs before you find enough resin for your needs!

Nonetheless, there’s no better way to gather it. Keep cutting down trees and looting everything that falls, but keep in mind sometimes you won’t even get any resin at all.

That’s just how it is with randomness in games!

You should keep an eye on the ground after you cut down each tree, too. Resin can be surprisingly tricky to see due to its small size, especially when there’s tall grass in the area!

Still, there’s nothing you can do to increase your chances but keep chopping trees. Now you know what to do to get resin, so it’s up to you to go out there and start farming it! We wish you good luck.
