While this might sound like a pretty straightforward mission, the problem is that crystals are blocking the route to the Medical Cabin.
To get through, you will need to break these crystals. However, it’s not as easy as smashing them to pieces. Instead, they’re part of a puzzle that you have to solve.

Once you get to the Base Zone area in the Herta Space Station, you will encounter a series of dark blue crystals blocking the way.
You have to break these crystals in order to reach Sheila who is now in the Medical Cabin. That said, you have to break them in the exact order to solve the puzzle.
You just have to attack the crystals using your character. Use the image as your reference for the order of crystals you should break.
You’ll notice that upon attacking a crystal, part of its body will open. The objective is to “break” all of the crystals so that they will open.
To start, simply follow these steps:
- Break the crystal in the middle right row as shown in the image above.
- After that, step back to the first row and break the crystal to the right.
- Repeat the first and second steps three times.
- Next, break the left crystal on the first row then alternate to the right crystal.
- Afterward, break the left crystal on the middle row.
- Lastly, head to the third row and break the right crystal.
As long as you followed the steps properly, a brief cutscene should then play. You will see that the door to the Medical Cabin is now open.
You will also find a Bountiful Treasure near it. Open it to receive a Thief’s Meteor Boots as a reward.
Simply go through the door and speak to Sheila to complete the quest.
